They answered every question I had, gave great advice, and communicated quickly, thoroughly, and clearly. I’ve been in customer service for 21 years and I cannot say enough about how great these guys are at it. They made me a very happy customer and have won my future business!

I had a Pre-Purchase Inspection made and was very pleased with the detailed list of recommended repairs. I was impressed with the customer service, Bret was very patient explaining the various options available for any repairs.

Bret and crew were awesome. From initial contact to delivered repairs we were kept informed and updated. We have dealt with many a supposed BMW expert repair shop, and NONE - bar NONE- reach the level of integrity and professionalism.
