Your BMW is a highly complex piece of machinery. That's pretty much what I know about BMW's. Unless you spend years in training and experience it's unlikely you have any idea how to fix it when it's broken. So you just want someone to explain to you what is wrong with it and how to fix it in the most efficient and least expensive manner. If that is the kind of service you want, this is the place for you. You actually talk to the highly trained technician and not the pleasant but uninformed service rep at the kiosk in the dealership. Just like when you see a doctor, you want someone who you can trust and talks to you in a language you can understand. If that is what you need this is the maintenance facility for you.

Once again, I am so grateful for having discovered Bret and his team at German Motorworks. Between their stellar customer service, timely scheduling and repairs, and incredibly convenient location, I couldn't be happier or more confident that my BMW is in good hands!
