Great customer service. Attention to detail exemplary. Great shop and location. They have made me extremely content with there services. I brought in my 2011 M3 for a rod bearing service. The shop used BE bearings and hardware. Price was very reasonable and done in a timely manner. Great experience! This is the second time I have taken my 2016 BMW M3 here for the regular annual maintenance. Jonathan was very courteous and advised me on what needed to be done. There was a chance I may have needed to replace spark plugs but he advised putting it off until my next service saving me a lot of money! I’ll definitely keep taking my car there.

Once again the Pros at German Motorworks came through for me.. Check engine lights can be upsetting and potentially expensive. In this case, it was simply a faulty gas cap/ sensor… fairly diagnosed and corrected. Never under estimate a $ fair and professional mechanic shop Five (5) stars for the German Motorworks pros.
